Allegedly, Kirkman claimed the television deal would only go through if Tony Moore [co-creator of the Walking Dead] signed his rights over to Kirkman. Being friends, Tony Moore trusted Kirkman enough to do right by him but never came through.
I expect Kirkman to fight this tooth and nail and present himself as a victim like other cowards who fuck over their friends for money. THEY WERE GOOD FRIENDS TOO!

I love it when I'm proven wrong, the creators settled in court! No details about the settlement but if it's settled then that's good enough.
